MANDATORY FUNDRAISER

Each year GYFCP will hold a mandatory fundraiser. Fundraising is essential to keep our program registration cost low, and still be able to maintain our equipment from year to year. Parents must keep in mind that this is the athlete’s fundraiser and commitment to the program and encourage the athlete to be an active participant in this fundraiser.

In 2024 and 2025 we held a raffle where families who purchased raffle tickets could win a payout every day in September and October. Winners names were announced via FB Live Videos, and were posted on our website.

Various payment options are accepted: cash, check (from the athlete's family), or Venmo.

GYFCP Expenses

Expenses associated with the program include, but are not limited to:

  • Cheer equipment (air mats, uniforms, boom boxes, misc items)
  • Football athlete equipment (helmets, mouth guards, shoulder pads, practice jerseys, practice pants, game jerseys, game pants, belts)
  • Football socks (green and pink-October)
  • Football helmet reconditioning - yearly
  • Football equipment (tees, footballs, pinnies, tackling dummies, quarterback wrist bands, mouth guards, knee pads, goal post, etc)
  • Medical supplies, ice packs
  • Payment to refs (x4) for officiating home games
  • Payment to announcer and score-keeper for home games
  • AAYFL team registration fees
  • SportsEngine fees
  • Insurance for all of our athletes
  • Lining (paint) for the practice fields
  • Portable lights for the practice fields
  • Port-a-john rental for practice fields
  • Indoor practice rental fees (in event of bad weather)

DINE OUT NIGHTS

Please join us for dine out nights, where a certain percentage of your food bill is returned back to GYFCP!
