Safety Coordinator Position Description

  • Ensure physical forms turned in at the beginning of the season for all athletes
  • Football athlete weights sent to AAYFL
  • Maintain First Aid Kits to all teams 
  • Coordinate EMT/Athletic trainer presence at all home football games
  • Concussion protocols
  • Liaison for any athlete injuries


Webmaster Position Description

  • Annual registrations for football and cheer
  • Manage athlete registrations, payment plans, discount codes, oversight of amount(s) due on registrations  
  • Create rosters/ teams in Crossbar app
  • Manage website
  • Manage Facebook and social media 
  • Manage AAYFL GYFCP website
  • Enter home game scores on AAYFL website

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

Position Description

  • Creates volunteer opportunities
  • Coordinates volunteer checks; returns volunteer checks at the end of the season
  • Coordination of concession stands

SPIRIT WEAR COORDINATOR

  • Spirit wear order questions
  • Personalization of cheer items (jacket/bag)
  • Coach uniform packages
  • Schedule online store dates and times
  • Coordination of game-day stores

EQUIPMENT MANAGER

Position Description

  • Football helmet repair / reconditioning
  • Organization of all equipment and uniforms
  • Organization of items in football shed
  • Broken and/or missing equipment

FOOTBALL FIELD COORDINATOR
